Returns & Refunds Policy
WHAT can be returned?
All of our products can be returned for an exchange or refund. If you wish to exchange or refund an item, please send us an email at email@example.com stating your order number, the item/s you wish to return and the reason.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items must be returned 14 days after the buyer receives it.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items must be returned to Just Pro Tools, Unit B, 16 Cassola Place, Penrith NSW 2750.
HOW do customers return items?
Items must be returned in their original condition in their original packaging. The items must be securely packed to ensure it is received in original re-saleable condition. The customer must arrange for delivery back to Just Pro Tools.
SHIPPING for returns?
For refunds, because most of our items are free postage/delivery, subsidised within the price of products, a handling fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount.
